We strive to deliver all orders as promptly as possible. For retail sales, the processing time is 2 business days from the order date. For wholesale sales, once your application is approved, we will provide you with a lead time.
Return
All orders must be exchanged or refunded via customer service info@packofamerica.com You may return stock items within 14 days as long as they are returned in their original packaging.
We will not accept returns or exchanges on our products after the 14-day grace period has elapsed.
